Seascape’s Tuition & Fees

Seascape provides 40 weeks of structured instructional services focusing on Social, Emotional, Academic, Sensory, Communication, and Practical Everyday life skills (S.E.A.S.C.A.P.E.).
The week is structured as follows:

  • 2 days of in-person instruction focused on grade-level academic standards

  • 2 days of virtual learning individualized through Moby Max

  • 1 day dedicated to social, emotional, communication, and life skills development

The school year includes 12 weeks off for holidays or scheduled student breaks, typically one week per month and two weeks each in December, May, and July.

Tuition - Base Plan

School hours are Mon - Fri 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Tuition can be auto-drafted on a 52-week schedule ($288.50/week) or paid on a 40-week academic schedule:

  • $375/week

  • $1,250/month

  • $4,750/quarter

  • $15,000/year

Before/After School Care

Before School Care is available 6:30 AM to 9:00 AM (Mon–Fri)

After School Care runs 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM (a $1/minute late fee applies after 6:00 PM)

Weekly rate: $120

  • This may be split in half ($60) if only enrolling in one part (before or after)

  • Full rate applies regardless of number of days attended

Wrap-Around On Campus Virtual Care Services

Offered Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Weekly rate: $130

  • May be split in half ($65) if enrolling only during a partial time frame

  • Full rate applies regardless of attendance days

  • Staff provide support with assignments, but this does not replace one-on-one instruction at home

All Sessions (General Policies)

A $150 application fee is required for processing and screening considerations

A $350 registration fee is required for students who move forward to secure a seat and ensure equipment and safety compliance

Payments may be made via invoice, credit/debit card, or ACH

A $50 late fee applies if payment is more than 5 days overdue

Refunds are only provided when a two-week written notice is given (see handbook for full policy)

Students must be enrolled for a minimum of 10 instructional days to earn credit for the quarter

If early withdrawal occurs, any awarded grant funds revert to Seascape Academies

Payments must be made in advance; any unpaid week may result in enrollment suspension, for care services, until the account is current

If the NSF grant proposal is awarded, each student’s tuition will be reduced by $7,000/year and new payment schedules will be arranged accordingly

Transportation Policy

  • Seascape Academies does not provide transportation services. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring timely drop-off and pick-up unless transportation is arranged through a daycare or third-party ride-share provider.

  • Only individuals listed on the Student Pick-Up Authorization Form are permitted to pick up students. A valid photo ID may be required.
    If there is a court-ordered custody agreement, a copy must be provided. Without documentation, Seascape will assume that both parents have equal legal rights regarding access, communication, and participation in school-related events.

    • Drop-off: 8:45 AM – 9:00 AM (Monday–Friday)

    • Pick-up: Begins at 3:00 PM. Students not enrolled in after care must be picked up by 3:30 PM.

    • A $1/minute late fee applies after 3:30 PM. Repeated late pickups may require enrollment in aftercare.

    • If running late, please notify the school by phone.

  • TBD – Location details will be shared prior to the first day of school.

  • Seascape staff will coordinate transportation for most off-campus events. On occasion, parent volunteers may be needed to assist with transportation or supervision.

Meal & Snack Policy

Seascape Academies encourages healthy eating habits by providing flexible options for meals and snacks. Below is a breakdown of expectations and offerings.

  • Breakfast

    Daily: Drop-off – 9:30 AM

    Students can bring their own breakfast and/or drink, or;

    Students may purchase a cereal cup, fruit, milk, and a juice box for $2.50/day.

    If a student typically brings breakfast and forgets, one will be provided at cost unless otherwise stated by the parent.

  • Lunch

    Daily: Noon – 12:30 PM

    Students will be required to bring their own lunch daily.

    Students may bring items that need warming, but these must be in a microwavable container upon arrival.

    If a student forgets lunch, Seascape has a limited supply of grab-and-go items available for $2.50.

  • Snack

    Daily: 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM

    Students may bring a daily snack or leave a bulk snack supply at school.

    Families will be notified when bulk snacks run low.

    If a student typically brings a snack and forgets, one will be provided at a cost of $1.50.

Enrollment Process

Seascape Academies is a specialized microschool designed for students with Autism in grades 2–5. Admission is open to families seeking a calm, structured, and individualized learning environment that supports social, emotional, academic, and sensory development.

Enrollment includes:

  • A parent interview and intake form

    • form to to the far right.

    • family questionnaire form

  • A review of the student’s educational and behavioral history

    • Release of records form (Used to request educational, medical, or behavioral records from previous schools or providers)

  • Completion of all required documents, including emergency contacts, permissions, and intake forms

    • All Document Buttons to the immediate right

Students must be able to engage safely in a group setting with a maximum student-to-staff ratio of 5:1.

Students with intensive behavioral needs (e.g., frequent aggression, elopement, or self-injury) may not be eligible for enrollment until further supports are in place.
